The Rawhide Kid is framed for robbery by Burt Larson. The army arrest Rawhide and Matt defends him but Rawhide is sentenced to death. Two-Gun saves Rawhide from the firing squad and they pursue Burt to Falcon Flats. Rawhide dons phosphorescent dye to appear as a ghost to the gang, terrifying them and making it easier for the two heroes to defeat them. Burt makes a confession to the army, saving Rawhide's life.
