Brad loves car racing and buys a big American car that he can't afford. He tells Irene he'll pay it off working overtime, but resigns for an office job at the race track. That doesn't last and Irene puts him up when he's evicted for not paying the rent. Then Brad's buying into an antique shop and will sell the car. Irene loves him, so she puts in money. Then Brad disappears for a holiday in Spain. He gets home with yet another money-making scheme and, after one last date, Irene tells him goodbye.
