“The Dream Trap”

In "The Dream Trap," Paula narrowly escapes a rocky fate at sea, only to find herself drawn back into a surreal world when Phil arrives to help. Together, they return to the salon where it all began—only to be locked inside, facing the unsettling realization that someone else is playing a dangerous game. The story unfolds with quiet dread, drawn in sharp, expressive detail by Purita Campos, whose art brings the dreamlike tension to life.

Paula gets the boat started just in time to avoid the rocks. Phil comes to rescue her and when she tells him her story, they go off to the salon where it had started for Paula. They enter the salon only to have the door locked behind them. Then they see the hairdresser and her brother going to the boutique. Paula realizes they were jealous of Phil and Paula and wanted to take their place.
