Part four of "The Secret Lives of Dead Men" arrives with a cover that perfectly captures the series' cold-war noir atmosphere — Velvet herself crouches warily among weathered gravestones, gun drawn and eyes sharp, her dark hair streaked with silver against the muted greens of a shadowy cemetery. Steve Epting's cover art, colored by Elizabeth Breitweiser, gives the whole scene a moody, atmospheric tension that feels genuinely cinematic. With the tagline promising that "the hunt for answers takes a deadly turn," Ed Brubaker and company continue to make this espionage thriller one of Image's most compelling ongoing series of 2015.
