Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #3 (435)
In "The Day Duckburg Got Dyed," a spilled ink mishap sets off a chain reaction when Donald's nephews seek help from Gyro Gearloose to clean their uncle's tablecloth—only for a mix-up to send a batch of experimental dye to Donald instead of his promised bug powder. What follows is a chaotic cascade of colorful misadventures as the dye spreads through Duckburg, turning everything it touches into a riot of unexpected hues. Written, drawn, and inked by Carl Barks with a cover by Bob Gregory, this 1976 classic captures the inventive spirit of the Disney universe at its most delightfully absurd.
