In "North of the Yukon," Scrooge’s past catches up with him when an old Alaskan debt resurfaces, prompting a high-stakes journey to the frozen frontier. With Donald, the nephews, and Barko in tow, Scrooge heads north to face Soapy Slick’s long-ignored lawsuit—only for a sudden mishap to send the crucial evidence tumbling into a remote river.

In "The Phantom of Notre Duck," Scrooge’s new vault—accessible only by playing "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean" on a fife—becomes the target of a mysterious thief who steals the fife from the Cathedral of Notre Duck’s wishing fountain. When Scrooge, Donald, and the nephews follow the trail, they find themselves pursued through the cathedral’s shadowed halls by a cloaked figure who plays the same tune.
