Walter Lantz New Funnies #271
In "The Little Bank Robbers," Oswald the Rabbit takes a bold stand after being bullied by a big bruiser, enrolling in judo lessons and unexpectedly using his one move to triumph in a rematch. Emboldened, he declares himself "Oswald the Avenger" and sets out to right wrongs—though his newfound confidence might be a little ahead of his training. Written by Don R. Christensen and drawn by Jack Bradbury, this 1959 Dell comic features a playful, action-packed tale with crisp art and a memorable cover by John Carey.

A big bruiser takes advantage of Oswald, prompting the rabbit to take judo lessons. After one lesson, Oswald calls out the bruiser for a rematch, and the rabbit lucks-out with a victory employing his one judo hold. Flushed with power, he declares himself “Oswald the Avenger” and sets out to right wrongs. He should have gone back for more judo lessons instead.
