Wanted Comics #40

A man planning to murder his wife for insurance money plants the idea in her mind by discussing a hypothetical murder scenario, then creates an alibi by attending a theater performance while she is supposedly at home. When his wife becomes suspicious and searches for him at the theater, she discovers his deception, leading to a confrontation at a motel where she threatens to expose his murderous plot. The story concludes with the wife's realization that her husband has made a fatal mistake in his scheme to kill her.
