The issue contains at least two stories. The second story, titled "The Longest War," describes B-58 Hustler supersonic bombers carrying nuclear weapons stationed over the polar ice cap to deter Soviet attack, illustrating the Cold War arms race and the constant threat of mutual destruction between superpowers. A third story involves Allied soldiers discovering and fighting Nazi forces in an underground bunker system, with soldiers encountering mines and explosive booby traps as they work to eliminate the hidden enemy position.
