War Comics #13

This anthology war comics issue contains at least two stories: "Miss Whackem and Her Perky Pupils" by Glyn Protheroe, a humorous tale where a schoolteacher's pupils cause mishaps including accidentally shooting at a flat fish and triggering an earthquake; and "The Pecan Pioneers," an action story involving cowboys or frontier characters dealing with a mule, a fire, and a spy plane, culminating in efforts to intercept enemy aircraft near Worlem Mill.
