Wendy and Casper follow the trail of the mischievous Bradley Bounder to his towering castle, where the bouncing burglar refuses to surrender—claiming he’s not a criminal, just misunderstood. As the trio faces off in a tense standoff, it’s clear the real challenge isn’t catching the thief, but getting him to see the light.
When a string of impossible thefts shakes Minitown, suspicion falls on an innocent old woman, prompting Wendy and Casper to uncover the truth. With the help of Bradley Bounder and Minnie Mooney, they must track down the real culprit before the Witch Sisters—Thelma, Velma, and Zelma—get blamed for something they didn’t do.
Mama Bear, worn thin by the cubs’ constant mess and mayhem, tries a new approach: she points to Casper as a model of proper behavior. The cubs, eager to impress, shadow him closely—but their attempts to copy his calm, tidy ways only lead to more chaos.
