Werner #[2]

Jan 1982 · Semmel Verlach · 16,80 DEM
“Wernervthierschonwieder?...”

In "Wernervthierschonwieder?...", Werner and Ölfuss hit the road, only to stumble upon Erwin leading a strange following. After a surreal crash involving a beer truck and some intense bottle meditation, Werner declares a beachside party—and soon finds himself the reluctant leader of a failed acolyte test. With a crew filming a beer ad arriving on the scene, the chaos escalates as the boys seize the moment (and the supply). Written and illustrated entirely by Brösel, this 1982 issue—its cover also by Brösel—delivers a delightfully absurd, self-contained swirl of absurdity, beer, and unexpected leadership, all in a 16,80 DEM package.

Werner and Ölfuss take a roadtrip and find Erwin leading a group of acolytes. Werner meditates on beer bottles and a beer truck crashes into the room. He grabs a couple of kegs and invites his friends to a party at the beach. The acolytes show up to join their new master, Werner, and are put to a test that all fail. Werner then sends them on a quest to Tibet, while his friends meditate on beer bottles. A crew filming a beer commercial shows up, so the boys take all the beer.
