“I Saw Droom the Living Lizard!”

In "I Saw Droom the Living Lizard!", a scientist's ambitious growth serum goes wildly off-script when a tiny exotic lizard is exposed to it, swelling into a giant creature that wreaks havoc across the country before being blasted into space. Frozen in the void for eons, the lizard eventually returns to Earth—becoming the planet's first dinosaur. Written by Stan Lee and Larry Lieber, with art by Don Heck and lettering by Artie Simek, this 1974 Marvel classic features a cover by Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers.
