“Families: A Hero's Compulsion Part Three of Six”

In "Families: A Hero's Compulsion Part Three of Six," White Tiger and Daredevil narrowly evade a squad of seemingly authentic police armed with advanced weaponry, only to discover the entire confrontation has been erased from official records. As Angela grapples with the implications, her brother Rey reveals the unsettling truth behind the disappearance, while Sano and his oyabun move closer to acquiring forged immigration documents from a compromised state department insider. Meanwhile, a photo of Angela disrupting a dangerous arms deal between the Chaeyi terrorist group and New York street gangs lands her in the spotlight—unwanted and unprepared. Written by Tamora Pierce and Timothy Liebe, with art by Phil Briones and inks by Don Hillsman, and a striking cover by David Mack, this issue deepens the mystery of loyalty, identity, and the cost of being a hero.
