Wings Comics #7

Wings Comics #7 is an anthology featuring multiple war aviation stories. "The Phantom Falcons," by Kit Gleason, follows Akeley and Tom as they lead Phantom Falcons on a mission to Gibraltar to refuel before proceeding to Crete, where they encounter a beautiful but treacherous Baroness and engage in aerial combat with Nazi forces. "Suicide Smith" depicts Smith as a blitzkrieg buster involved in a smashing new war-air adventure, including a sequence where he attempts a daring landing to rescue Germans, faces aerial combat against Heinkel fighters, and returns victorious to London. The issue also advertises additional features including "The Yankee Thunderbolt," "The Skull Squad" and their "Dawn Patrol," "Grease-Monkey Griffin," "Parachute Patrol," "Jane Martin," and "Clipper Kirk."
