This issue contains two main stories. The first features Cosmo Cat, who observes from the moon that Professor Wolf is creating trouble on Earth and descends to help. Cosmo Cat encounters Firebug and must use strategy to capture the troublesome character. In the second story, Wally and Peter, circus workers, become entangled in a theft scheme when they are accused of stealing from the ticket booth; they are forced to retrieve stolen money while being pursued. Turkey Trot, initially the antagonist, eventually aids them by creating a distraction, and Cosmo Cat arrives just in time to help Wally and Peter overcome Turkey Trot, who is subsequently imprisoned. The third story follows Wally as he encounters a sign advertising the Fountain of Youth and later discovers a pirate ship, leading him on a humorous adventure involving Captain Kidd's private lake.
