After encounters with Royal Roy and Top Dog, the X-Babies make it out of virtual reality and into Mojo world. Wolverine and Crawler are sent off to rescue their new friends while the rest invade Mr. Veech's central broadcasting building. As Wolverine and Crawler are rescuing Planet Terry, Wally, Top Dog and Royal Roy, the rest of the X-Babies battle protoplasmic X-Toddlers. The X-Babies fall to the X-Toddlers but are rescued by their returning friends as Wolverine slices the X-Toddlers to bits. Veech reforms the goop that made up his X-Toddlers into the cute and voluminous X-Toddler family.
