X-Men Annual #7

“Scavenger Hunt”

In "Scavenger Hunt," the X-Men's annual baseball game takes a wild turn when the Impossible Man hijacks the X-Mansion, launching a cross-universe chase that sends the team racing to the Shield Helicarrier, the Savage Land, Avengers Mansion, and even the offices of Marvel Comics itself. Written by Chris Claremont and brought to life with dynamic art by Michael Golden, Arthur Adams, and a stellar lineup of inkers and colorist Glynis Wein, this 1984 annual is a playful, high-stakes romp across Marvel's multiverse. The cover by John Romita Jr. captures the chaos perfectly.
