X-Men: First Class #11
In "…Canon.", the X-Men face a reality-warping crisis when Mysterio’s illusion gas—laced with swamp water from Man-Thing’s Florida backyard—summons figures from across time and dimension, blurring the line between hero and villain. With help from a group of comic fans who’ve been receiving future issues from a Diamond warehouse lodged in a reality nexus, the team must untangle the chaos before the timeline collapses. Written by Jeff Parker and illustrated by Nick Dragotta and Colleen Coover, with colors by Val Staples and letters by Nate Piekos, the issue’s cover by Carlo Pagulayan captures the surreal clash of worlds.
