Aqualad brings Superboy and Miss Martian to his underwater home, hoping to share the beauty of his people’s city—only to find it divided by fear and hate. When a group known as the Purists begin targeting non-humanoid residents, the trio must confront the rising tension before violence erupts, especially after Queen Mera is attacked during Aquaman’s absence.

When Brainiac launches a sudden assault on Metropolis, the Young Justice team finds themselves scattered and outnumbered—caught in the crossfire as chaos erupts across the city. With Superboy and several Justice Leaguers already imprisoned by the enigmatic Kylstar, the remaining heroes must navigate a rapidly collapsing situation, facing off against a mix of familiar allies and dangerous foes.

In "Chapter Three: Landing on Boardwalk," Superboy and the Justice League find themselves stranded on the moon as Kylstar's forces tighten their grip, while on Earth, the Young Justice team and the remaining League members race to shatter the dome sealing Metropolis—just as Martian Manhunter reaches out into the void, searching for a way to break the silence.

In "Chapter Four: Do Not Pass Go," the Young Justice team struggles to escape the moon’s grasp as Kylstar proves a formidable opponent, testing their teamwork and resolve. Meanwhile, Flash, Atom, and Martian Manhunter face a chilling new threat from beyond—Vril Dox, the Collector of Worlds, whose motives remain as enigmatic as his power.

In "Chapter Five: Milburn, Edgar and Jake," the Young Justice team faces escalating threats as the Justice League of America struggles to contain Kylstar on the moon, while Batgirl fights Match alone beneath Metropolis’s crumbling containment dome. Meanwhile, another Young Justice squad is caught in a sudden ambush by Brainiac, forcing them to rely on instinct and each other in a battle that could change everything.
