This anthology issue contains several humor features and instructional articles. The issue also includes an adventure story about the Roving boys, who after sleeping through an air raid on Union, encounter three farmers' daughters in an alley and ultimately meet Hollywood Scouts seeking girls for a striptease act called "Erica, Furst, the Queen of the Stripteasers." The remainder of the issue is filled with instructional advertisements and humorous how-to articles on topics such as bartending, inventing, and drawing funny pictures.
