This first volume of the French series 'Zoo' collects the opening chapters of a science fiction story set in a future where humanity has genetically engineered animals to serve as laborers and companions. The narrative follows the consequences when these creations begin to develop their own consciousness and rebel against their creators. Written by Philippe Bonifay and illustrated by Frank Le Gall, this Dupuis edition launches the series' exploration of ecological and ethical themes through a dystopian lens.
