This issue is an anthology containing three main stories. "Daffy the Deputy Sheriff" depicts the bumbling sheriff attempting to dig up ground behind the jail to create a garden, only to strike gold nuggets instead, leading to comedic chaos as he and others scramble to excavate the riches. "Tough and Happy Tod and Annie: The Remarkably Orphans" follows two orphans who escape from Stiggins' orphanage and become lost in London, eventually being pursued by Stiggins as they navigate the city streets and encounter various obstacles. "Nick and Nan, and Stainless Stan" features the characters discovering the lost Treasure City of the Incas with their father Dr. Dell and Professor Arkham, where they must rescue the others from the High Priest Toztac and uncover the secrets of an ancient map leading to golden treasure, concluding with their escape from the city.
