In "null," Moronica lands a sales job at a department store, only to quickly prove she's ill-suited for the role—her antics are so legendary that both she and the manager who hired her end up out of work. A sharp, funny slice of 1951 workplace chaos, the story captures the absurdity of bad fits with a perfectly timed punchline.

When a group of hot rod enthusiasts pushes the Pointfalls Police Department to swap their speed time-trials for a cross-country race—one that demands real driving skill over raw horsepower—a wealthy teen named Wilbur Morton sees his chance to prove himself by hiring a professional driver to wheel his newly purchased championship car. Now Natch Kilroy and his crew will have to rely on their own abilities and mechanical know-how to compete against Wilbur's expert-driven hot rod on the challenging hundred-mile course.
