"King of Kings Part XI" depicts episodes from the life of Jesus, including his teaching about the kingdom of God and his works of miracles. The narrative covers Jesus's interactions with King Herod, who worries about reports of his miraculous works, and includes the story of the Syrophoenician woman whose daughter Jesus heals. The story concludes with additional miracles performed in Galilee where the blind see, the deaf hear, and the lame walk. A secondary narrative appears featuring Saint Brigid, a young woman whose beauty attracts Prince Gregory's marriage proposal, which she refuses; Brigid prays to become ugly to avoid worldly attention, and the king subsequently requests her presence at his castle.
