超人バロム1 [Barom-1]

In 1972–1973, Akita Shoten published just two issues of 超人バロム1 [Barom-1], a short-lived manga series from writer さいとう・たかを and artist 古城武司. The story follows two young boys who merge into a single superhero, Barom-1, to battle a monstrous threat. Though brief, this series is notable as a distinctive early collaboration between two veteran creators, blending tokusatsu-inspired heroics with the gritty style that defined さいとう's later work.
