In 2023, Glénat launched Adam et Ève, a modern reimagining of the biblical story of the first couple, told as a standalone comic. The series, currently a single issue, explores the emotional and psychological dynamics between Adam and Eve in a lush, contemplative setting, emphasizing their humanity over myth. While it is early in its run, the project stands out for its artistic ambition within the French comics market, offering a fresh, introspective take on a foundational tale.
