Alien

Marvel’s 2021–2022 Alien series, written by Phillip Kennedy Johnson with art by Salvador Larroca, expands the sci-fi horror franchise’s mythology across 12 issues. Set in the aftermath of the original films, it follows a Weyland-Yutani scientist who uncovers a conspiracy involving the Xenomorphs and a rogue faction seeking to weaponize them. Johnson and Larroca deliver tense, claustrophobic action that honors the series’ roots while pushing its lore into new, corporate-shadowed territory.
