In this 2017–2019 revival from Egmont Ehapa, the classic French-Belgian adventurer Alix returns for a six-issue series of globe-trotting historical mysteries. Building on the legacy of creator Jacques Martin, these stories send the young Gallo-Roman hero across the ancient world—from Egypt to Gaul—with lush, detailed artwork and a focus on political intrigue and archaeological discovery. While a short run, this iteration kept the long-running series alive for a new generation of European comics readers.
