About the series
From 1968 to 1970, Gráfica Editora Penteado Ltda. (GEP) released just two issues of Almanaque Lobisomem, a Brazilian comic anthology that showcased the werewolf in a variety of horror and adventure tales. Though brief, the series is remembered for its moody, atmospheric artwork and its role in bringing classic monster themes to Brazilian newsstands during the late 1960s.
