Altor

In the early 1990s, French publisher Dargaud launched Altor, a short-lived but striking series that ran for just four issues between 1992 and 2003. A product of its era's European sci-fi and fantasy boom, it is most closely associated with its creators, though the series itself remains a cult curiosity for its bold, high-concept world-building. Despite its brief run, Altor stands as a testament to the ambitious, artist-driven storytelling that defined much of Dargaud's output during this period.
