Amok

Amok, a 24-issue series published by Sage - Sagédition from 1966 to 1967, is a landmark of French-Belgian comics, primarily remembered for its striking, experimental artwork and its role in the early career of the legendary artist Jean Giraud (better known as Moebius). The series blended science fiction and surreal adventure, offering a visually inventive and often darkly poetic narrative that pushed the boundaries of the medium. Though short-lived, Amok remains a cult touchstone for its bold, psychotropic style and its influence on the European comic scene.
