Anderson Psi Division: Shamballa

In 1991, Fleetway Publications released this standalone prestige-format comic from the Judge Dredd universe, written by Alan Grant with art by Arthur Ranson. The story follows Anderson, a Psi Division Judge, as she investigates a deadly psychic mystery in the ruins of an irradiated city. This single-issue graphic novel is celebrated for Ranson's lush, painted artwork and its thoughtful, atmospheric exploration of psychic powers within the dystopian world of Mega-City One.
