Angel

A brief two-issue miniseries from Boom! Studios (2019–2020), this Angel comic reimagines the brooding vampire with a soul for a modern audience. Written by Bryan Edward Hill, with art by Gleb Melnikov, it strips the character back to his noirish, monster-hunting roots while setting up a new status quo. Though short, it served as a fresh entry point for readers unfamiliar with the long-running Buffyverse.
