About the series
A steampunk reimagining of L. Frank Baum's Oz, this 2013 Arcana miniseries follows a grown-up Dorothy as she returns to a mechanized Emerald City. Written by Erik Hendrix and Sean Patrick O'Reilly with art by Yannis Roumboulias, the three-issue run explores a world where the Tin Man's heart now powers a vast clockwork empire. It launched a line of Arcana Studio steampunk fairy-tale adaptations, reworking classic characters with Victorian-industrial flair.
