Batman and the Signal

In this 2018–2019 miniseries from Editorial Televisa, Batman mentors a new kind of Gotham hero: Duke Thomas, the Signal, who patrols during the day. Written by Tony Patrick with art by Cully Hamner, the story expands the Batman mythos by introducing a powered vigilante who operates in the city’s sunlit hours. A compact, three-issue arc, it explores Duke’s unique abilities and his place alongside the Dark Knight.
