Batman - Knightfall

In the early 2010s, Panini Deutschland collected a four-issue series reprinting the iconic Batman: Knightfall saga, a sprawling 1990s storyline from DC Comics. This German-language edition brings together the core chapters of the epic, in which an exhausted Batman faces a gauntlet of escaped Arkham inmates before a new, brutal villain named Bane takes center stage. The series is most associated with writer Chuck Dixon and the legendary artist Graham Nolan, who helped define Bane's debut and the dark, physical toll on the Dark Knight. It remains a key moment in Batman's publishing history for its high-stakes, serialized storytelling and the unforgettable image of a broken hero.
