Battlestar Galactica

From 1995, Maximum Press launched a four-issue comic series based on the original Battlestar Galactica universe, with Robert Napton and Rob Liefeld among its core writers and artists Hector Gómez and Karl Altstaetter bringing the Cylon conflict to the page. This short-lived but distinct run expanded the franchise's lore during the mid-90s, offering fans a new take on the classic space opera before the franchise's later revivals. It matters as a transitional, pre-reboot artifact that kept the Galactica name alive in print.
