Best of the West

From 1951 to 1952, Cartoon Art published twelve issues of Best of the West, a Western anthology comic that delivered classic frontier action and adventure. Most frequently written by Carl Memling, the series featured art from a rotating team of talented illustrators including Dick Ayers, Fred Meagher, and Frank Bolle.
