Blackhawk

A short-lived, three-issue series from Times Printing Works, Blackhawk launched in 1950 and followed a team of international ace pilots in their high-flying adventures. Though the run was brief, it stands as an early, self-contained take on the classic aviator-hero concept, notable for its post-war pulp energy and the publisher's attempt to carve a niche in the burgeoning comic market.
