A two-issue series from the German publisher CCH - Comic Club Hannover, Blauer Pfeil (1995–present) is a spare, self-contained project that showcases the small-press scene of the era. Associated with the club's own creators, its brief run offers a snapshot of independent German comic-making in the mid-1990s.
