In Blow Away (2024–present, Boom! Studios), a mysterious storm system off the coast of Maine becomes the catalyst for a taut, character-driven thriller. Spanning five issues, the series pairs the atmospheric dread of an approaching hurricane with the emotional turmoil of its small-town cast, brought to life by artist Annie Wu’s distinct, expressive linework.
