Bob Evers

Bob Evers (2008–present, Arboris) is a Dutch comic series based on the classic Bob Evers adventure novels by Wim H. van Eijk. Spanning just a single issue so far, it adapts the detective exploits of the young Bob Evers and his friends in a lighthearted, mid-century style. The series is drawn by artist René Uilenbroek, who brings a clean, expressive linework to the nostalgic pulp adventures. While brief, it serves as a fond tribute to a beloved Dutch book series.
