About the series
In 1987, Blackthorne Publishing brought the classic cartoon character Bozo the Clown into a new dimension with this two-issue series. Written by Hal Lane and illustrated by Andy Ice, Bozo in 3-D offered readers a stereoscopic twist on the beloved clown's antics, complete with the requisite 3-D glasses. While brief, the series stands as a quirky artifact of the late-'80s 3-D comic fad, showcasing a licensed property in a format that was then all the rage.
