Buffalo Bill

A short-lived four-issue series from Streamline, Buffalo Bill (1950–1952) brought the legendary frontiersman’s exploits to the comic page during the heyday of Western adventure. Most associated with the crisp, dynamic art of Doug Wildey, alongside Ed Goldfarb and John Sink, the series offered straightforward tales of Bill Cody’s Wild West show and frontier life. Though brief, it stands as a modest but authentic artifact of the early-1950s Western comic boom.
