When Atlas Comics (the company that would become Marvel) needed a new Captain America series in 1954, they turned to artist John Romita, who drew both issues of this short-lived, two-issue run from publisher L. Miller & Son. This brief revival saw the Sentinel of Liberty battling Communist threats in the early Cold War era, a stark contrast to his WWII origins.
