About the series
In 1951, Fawcett Publications launched Captain Video, a short-lived comic series based on the pioneering early television science-fiction show of the same name. Running for just six issues, the title was most frequently written by Roy Ald, with interior art by George Evans and covers that incorporated striking photographic images.
