Charlie Chan

Charlie Chan, debuting in 1949 from the publisher IC, is a short-lived comic series that brought the famous Chinese-American detective to sequential art. Spanning just four issues, the series is most closely associated with artist Nico Draak, whose work defined the visual look of the character's comic adventures. Though brief, it remains a notable early adaptation of the beloved mystery icon into the comic book medium.
