Chiaroscuro

In the mid-1990s, DC Comics published Chiaroscuro, a 10-issue miniseries that explores the shadowy, morally complex corners of the DC Universe. Written primarily by Pat McGreal and David Rawson, with moody, atmospheric art by Chas Truog, the series uses its title's light-and-dark metaphor to frame a noir-tinged, character-driven story.
