Claymore

Claymore, published by Ediciones Glénat España from 2006 to 2009, adapts the acclaimed manga series into a 15-issue Spanish-language comic. Set in a dark fantasy world where shape-shifting monsters called Yoma prey on humanity, the story follows a stoic, silver-eyed warrior named Clare, a member of the half-human, half-Yoma order known as Claymores. The series is most associated with creator Norihiro Yagi, whose tense, action-driven narrative and haunting artwork define this grim saga of survival and identity. It matters as a faithful, complete Spanish edition that brought Yagi’s influential manga to a European audience during the height of the manga boom.
